I have tried to click the button to resend the verification email about 5 times so far. Any advice?

like another user responds,changing a different mail service can solve the problem.However it seems that his recommendation has got a small mistake.The right url of the 'netease 163 mailbox' is mail.163.com.
And although I haven't tried,I guess that any mailbox that can be directly visited in Chinese mainland can be used to receive a verification email.So why not try outlook if 163,which is full Chinese,may beats u.
PS: It's still weird to know that gmail is not supported.Are u sure that u've checked trash can or sth like that?

Maybe I can try outlook since I cannot understand Chinese from the 163 mail.

"视频认证" is a abandoned functions , email is enough .
